"Quick help with my delivery issue"
I had an issue with my Popeyes delivery order, so I reached out online and included the receipt info from my email. They got back to me quickly and handled everything without making it a hassle. I really appreciated how easy they made it

"Hours weren’t quite right"
I checked popeyes.com before heading over and it said the place was open, but when I got there they were already closing up. The food is good, I just wish the hours were updated better so I don’t end up making the trip for nothing.

"Portions felt a bit small"
The food was okay, but for what I paid, it felt like there was barely enough. I’d say the portion was maybe a little on the small side for the price.

"Good food, but the support experience was awful"
I usually like the food, but dealing with customer support was so frustrating. I got the wrong item in my delivery and tried reaching out through the site, but it took forever to hear back. The worst part was there didn’t seem to be any actual person I could talk to, just forms, waiting, and then a reply that felt totally copy-pasted. It didn’t really solve the problem either. The food is usually good, but they seriously need better support with real human contact.

"Packaging held up really well"
I ordered from Popeyes because I was way too tired to cook and, i was impressed with how everything showed up. The chicken box was sturdy, the fries didn’t end up all over the bag, and the sauces were packed nicely so there wasn’t any messy leaking.

Everything was still warm when it got to me, and the bag was sealed really well too. Maybe I was extra hungry and didn’t feel like dealing with a cleanup, but little stuff like that makes a big difference. Easy 5 stars from me

"Wouldn’t want to eat inside again"
The food was fine, nothing amazing but not bad. The dining area was what really bothered me though. The tables felt sticky, the seats were worn down, and once I sat down I just had this uncomfortable trapped feeling, like I wanted to finish as fast as possible and get out.
It was also loud and messy, with trash around the bins and nobody really checking on the lobby. I didn’t feel relaxed eating there at all. Next time I’d probably just grab my order to go instead of sitting inside.

"Solid cheap meal"
I grabbed a combo and figured it’d be just okay for the price, but it actually filled me up and tasted fresh. For a quick, inexpensive meal, I’d say it’s a good deal

"Rewards are actually worth it"
The rewards actually help alot, not gonna lie. I’ve gotten free sides a few times and the promos are super easy to use, so it feels like you’re really getting something back.

"Disappointed"

I was disappointed to find out that only the nurses were getting a free meal today. Popeyes advertised that first responders would receive a free meal today. Nurses and CNAs are a team, we work together to care for our residents/patient . As a whole kitchen,  laundry,  housekeeping etc along with Nurses are all first responders, for the work we all do together. So I'm disappointed in Popeyes for only giving to the Nurses because they are not the only first responders that eat at Popeyes.

"Checkout keeps freezing"
I’m not sure if it’s just my phone or the app itself, but the checkout keeps freezing on me. I tried backing out and starting over a couple times, and it still got stuck right when I was trying to pay. Maybe I’m missing something, but it’s frustrating when everything works fine until the last step.

"Good food, but the menu threw me off"
I like Popeyes and the food usually hits the spot, but I keep running into this thing where the site shows items my local store apparently doesn’t even have. Maybe I should know better by now and double-check before getting my hopes up, but it’s still annoying to pick out a meal and then find out it’s unavailable at checkout.

I’ve ordered through the site a few times, and it’s usually been smooth. One time the pickup time was a little off, so I had to wait/adjust a bit, but the food was ready and the order was correct, so it wasn’t a big deal.

"I ordered through popeyes and the wait…"
I ordered through popeyes and the wait was way too much. The site gave me a pickup time, but when I got there I still ended up standing around for about 25 extra minutes. The staff looked busy, but nobody bothered to explain what was going on or give any kind of update. It also felt like my order was handled carelessly, like they were just tossing things around and not really paying attention. The food was okay once I finally got it, but the slow service and lack of care definitely ruined the experience.

"Decent Overall, Just a Little Dry"
Overall, it was okay. The chicken still had decent flavor, but by the time I got into it, I noticed it was a bit drier than I expected. Not bad, just not as good as it usually is.

"Tables could’ve been cleaner"
When I went in, the tables were still kind of dirty, which stood out because most other places around here usually have them wiped down quickly. It wasn’t the worst experience, but it definitely made the place feel less clean than I expected.

"Really helpful staff"
I don’t usually go out of my way to leave reviews, but the staff was super nice and helped me really quickly. I was in a bit of a rush, so I appreciated not having to wait around or explain things over and over. It just made the whole experience easy.

"Not Their Best This Time"
The chicken came out hot, which I appreciated, but it was kind of bland this time. The fries were soggy, and the biscuit was dry too. I usually expect a lot more flavor from Popeyes, so this visit was a bit disappointing, even though the food was fresh enough...

"Something Was Definitely Off With My Order"
I ordered a sandwich with sides, and somehow the sides vanished and I ended up with the wrong sandwich too. Maybe it was just a mix-up, but it felt like my order got swapped in some secret back-room sandwich operation. Either way, not what I paid for.

"Quick and Easy Drive-Thru Stop"
I swung through the drive-thru and thought it was going to take way longer, but it moved fast. The guy at the window was friendly, my order was spot on, and the chicken came out hot. Maybe I just caught them at a good time or they had a fresh batch ready, but either way, no complaints from me

"Pretty good, just a little confusing"
The chicken was fresh and hot, which was great. The fries were only kind of warm, so I’m not totally sure what happened there, but they still tasted good overall
