Overpriced!! Bad Chicken

My coworker & I went there today & we waited for darn near an hour for our food. My coworker had to go inside to get when they told us they would bring it out yo us. They claimed they had to make fresh chicken but it definitely was not "fresh." Things were also missing from our order. TERRIBLE SERVICE! WILL NOT GO BACK! If I could give no stars then I would.

Well if you were starving in a desert a slurpee seems like divine mana. Which is frankly where this place belongs. This franchise seems to exist to remind us of all the disgusting unclean acts of bio-terrorism and malignant criminal breeding that still go unpunished.

What happened to the quality of Popeye's food. There are three Popeye's restaurant that are local; on Rt. 59 in Aurora, IL, on Ogden in Lisle, IL, and on Rt. 53 in Bolingbrook, IL. I rotate and purchase food from each of them. The quality is so bad. Popeye's was known to have the absolute best chicken. It doesn't anymore. I purchased a meal on Sunday, and the chicken was hardly edible. Popeye's has always had bad customer service, and now the food is just as bad.

The food was good. The orders were messed up. A staff member dressed in black was very rude. It had a lot of staff there. The prices could be better.

So so glad Popeye's has brought back the cajun rice. I actually stopped going to Popeye's because the cajun rice was no longer available. Thank you, for bringing this delicious rice back! A friend told me it was back, and I got so excited, for real excited. Please keep it on the menu.

The food is great but the sides are not. Just stick to the chicken.

The Popeyes on Barksdale Blvd. in Bossier City, La is the only Popeyes I am referencing this review to: My husband and I went an hour before closing via drive thru and for the third time in a row (every visit), they were out of chicken strips, nuggets, and breasts. Not only were they out, they were incredibly rude and had us feeling like we were an inconvenience to even pay them a visit. However, when they DO have the things we order, the portions are generous. I think they just staff really young, inexperienced employees.

The ladies that work the midday shift. Are awesome. They make my daughter and I always feel welcomed. Food is always fresh , hot and so good. Thank you ladies!!!

First time for us! Delicious!!! Staff at Cambridge bent over backwards to fulfil our large order, were polite and very accommodating. Thanks guys, if I wasn’t a tourist you’d be seeing me regularly!!

This is the best customer service popeyes i ever been to In jacksonville fl I get my moneys wroth it is worth my wild and i always take that drive because we love that chicken from popeyes >

The Popeyes in Bay Minette will soon be closed if the store continues to treat customers they are currently. More and more the customers have to cater to the retailer look around in Bay Minette. I called to find out if the lobby would be open for dine in, they said but of course only to drive there and find a sign on the door sorry drive thru only. If you are the owner of the Popeyes in Bay Minette you better get on top of it or be prepared to close.

crappy food, poor service, and they didn’t give me everything I ordered! when I went back to get my missing chicken strips, I was looked at like I was defrauding them…. the location was on W. 15th. street in Plano. the only positive was the girl filling my order, she questioned the order and the smartness who took my order berated her and he was the one who questioned if I really had missing chicken strips. I will not be back and don’t recommend you go there…. did I mention I was ordering for 3 people and the cost was over $62.00 and we didn’t even get drinks!
